We guarantee 30+ hours per week.\nWhy Lead RBT's enjoy working at NeurAbilities Healthcare:\nCompetitive Pay:$25-$27 per hour and mileage reimbursement.\nPaid Time Off: 10 days of PTO plus 1 Joy Day, and 7 paid holidays.\nBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, voluntary short/long term disability, and 401K for eligible employees.\nProfessional development:Paid training and tuition assistance for qualified candidates; career pathways towards BCBA or administrative roles.\nWhat You'll Do:\nService Provision\nReduced direct hour requirements based on the number of mentees/clinic census.\nWorks one-to-one with clients in an office, home, and/or school setting using positive approaches derived from Applied Behavior Analysis to create meaningful change.\nImplements instructional plans and behavior support plans and collects pertinent data.\nMaintains client program books and materials.\nAssists clients in daily living, social, academic and play schemes.\nEstablishes and maintains therapeutic relationships with clients and caregivers.\nPrompts safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors to build a repertoire of communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills.\nFollows the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeks out appropriate consultation.\nCollaborates with family and treatment team members to provide treatment effectively and without disruption to the environment or other individuals in the environment.\nEducates all those involved about the role of ABA based interventions and functions within boundaries of the Registered Behavior Technician role in providing treatment.\nUtilizes call out line and procedures to document client cancellations and to report availability for sub hours to the Practice Manager or Client Services Coordinator.\nTravels from site to site to visit clients, as necessary.\nIf a scheduled client session is cancelled, being available to cover open sub hours at any available location within assigned territory for that day.\nIf there are no available sub opportunities for the day, will come to the clinic to support day-to-day clinic duties which may include creating materials, supporting BCBA programming, working front desk, or cleaning the clinic.\nClinical Support\nMentor/train new BHTs as assigned.\nAssist BCBAs/BCs in assessments/IOA and fidelity data collection.\nAssist in report writing/data analysis.\nSupport clinic activities as assigned by supervisor.\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\n40 Hour RBT training certificate or evidence of completion.\nRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.\n1+ years of experience working as RBT.\nIn the process of accruing experience hours required by BACB.\nMeet the company’s required ratings on the RBT competency checklist.\nMaintains qualifications for regulations to provide individual, group, and ABA services in the state serviced as BHT.\nExperience working with children and adolescents with Autism and other developmental disabilities.\nValid NJ or PA driver’s license.\nMust work at least 35 hours per week with availability to work up to 40 hours per week, between M-F within assigned territory.\nWorking Conditions:\nEstimated 20 % travel, dependent on need.\nThis job operates in a clinic, home, or school environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as a computer/tablet and phone.\nAbility to lift 50 lbs. and perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include prolonged periods of walking, running, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and stooping.\nOpportunities for Advancement:\nCareer pathways to BCBA and administrative roles.\nMonthly meetings for BCBA exam preparation.\nAbout Us:\nNeurAbilities Healthcare is a distinguished specialty healthcare provider with a team that constantly seeks new and innovative ways to provide the best possible care for patients.
