As a Salesforce Architect focused on Agentforce, you will be responsible for building compelling Agentforce-powered experiences for users and delivering impactful business value to our clients. You'll have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our success by working with the rest of our talented AI team to delight customers. This position is focused on architecting and executing technical solutions for Agentforce and related-technologies.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Deep dive into the limits and boundaries of Agentforce Agents, finding novel solutions to drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers and UX Designers to translate business needs into well-architected solutions
• Oversee and contribute to all stages of the project lifecycle-from initial design through development, testing, and final deployment
• Follow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities
• Lead and own complete project technical solution design, including designing and understanding agentic topics, instructions, actions with corresponding automation/code, agent deployment methods, and supporting data structures
• Explore the limits and push the boundaries of automated Agents, finding novel solutions to drive business outcomes
• Establish best practices for ingesting data into Salesforce at scale to be leveraged by agentic solutions
• Contribute to reusable assets to accelerate the team’s ability to deliver and improve delivery quality and consistency
• Follow and understand new product features and technical capabilities, across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other platforms

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in application and software development
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure or working knowledge of modern coding languages (e.g. Python, Java, C#)
• Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce
• Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS)
• Strong communication skills; the ability to convey complex technical details to all audiences
• Experience with using source control and branching/pull requests strategies
• Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities
• Any additional Salesforce certifications are a plus, preferably Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist certifications

• Recruiter screen (phone) - 30 minutes
• Introductory conversation to discuss the role and your experience
• Panel Interview with Real-Time Exercise (Video) - 60 minutes
  • You’ll receive a prompt and talk through potential solution options and live on the spot (no offline preparation required)
  • You’ll get some time to interact with NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture delivery team members
• The call will be split into two parts:
• Organization lead interview (Video) - 45 minutes 
• You’ll talk through your career goals and relevant work examples
• You’ll discuss challenges you have overcome and the tools you used to get there
• Leadership interview (Video) - 45 minutes 
• You’ll meet with a member of our leadership team

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
