This is an AI product engineering role with contact center DNA: you ship the LLM pipelines, agentic services, and MCP surfaces that let customers monitor, evaluate, and improve their AI agents grounded in real contact center conversations flowing out of Amazon Connect.\nThe ideal candidate pairs strong Amazon Bedrock ecosystem experience with hands-on Amazon Connect knowledge, is proficient in Python or TypeScript/Node.js, and treats security, scalability, and deployment portability as first-class requirements.
