The teams defining the next generation of aircraft, electric vehicles, and consumer products are not just designing faster, they are designing fundamentally differently, with AI embedded at the core of their workflows.\nNeural Concept builds the Engineering AI platform that makes this possible. We help the world's leading engineering teams accelerate development, improve product outcomes, and scale engineering capacity, turning months of simulation into days, and engineering intuition into data-driven insight.\nWe work with elite engineering teams in Automotive, Aerospace, High-Tech and Electronics, and advanced manufacturing, where the stakes are high, the complexity is rising, and the pressure to innovate has never been greater. We are changing how engineers work. Come build that future with us.\nAbout the Role\nThis is a high-bar role for a leader who has operated in technically complex, high-stakes environments and is ready to take on a larger mandate.\nAs the Head of Solutions Engineering (DACH & Nordics), you will lead the technical direction of NC’s most important customer engagements across the region. You will uncover the problems worth solving, shape AI transformation roadmaps, and turn technical possibility into a credible path to adoption.\nYou will also build and develop the regional Solutions Engineering team, setting the standard for technical consulting and raising the quality of every engagement.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead discovery with engineering and executive stakeholders, turning complex challenges into clear technical strategies.\n\nDefine customer-specific AI roadmaps connected to real engineering priorities.\n\nShape and co-own technically rigorous Statements of Work, grounded in customer workflows, data, and adoption plans.\n\nBuild, coach, and lead the regional Solutions Engineering team, managing standards, capacity, and complex escalations.\n\nPartner with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineering to move from technical strategy into delivery.\n\nBring customer insight back to Product and R&D.\n\nWho You Are\nYou have built credibility by taking responsibility for difficult problems and finding a way forward when the obvious path fails.\nYou have an engineering background with deep familiarity with CAD, CAE, simulation, and real engineering workflows.\n\nYou earn trust with simulation engineers and executive leaders because you understand their problems and communicate with precision.\n\nYou create structure in ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and move complex work forward with urgency.\n\nYou are a proven people leader who builds strong teams, gives direct feedback, and raises the bar.\n\nYou have 8+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, pre-sales, or a related client-facing role.\n\nYou are professionally fluent in German and English.\n\nWhat Will Set You Apart\nHands-on experience across the simulation workflow, from CAD through post-processing and automation.\n\nStrong Python skills and experience with ML or deep learning workflows through deployment.\n\nThe ability to conduct technical discovery at a level respected by simulation engineers.\n\nExperience building end-to-end engineering workflow prototypes.\n\nExperience shaping enterprise transformation programs or leading Solutions Engineering teams.\n\nWhat You Get\nWork with a world-class technology team: our engineers are top-notch, and we always aim for excellence.\n\nBenefit from a competitive salary and rewarding opportunities as we continue to scale.\n\nThrive in a collaborative, multicultural environment where your work is visible and recognized.\n\nDevelop professionally alongside talented colleagues who share knowledge freely and support one another.\n\nMake a global impact by helping customers shift to AI-assisted design, making innovation faster, smarter, and more sustainable.\n\nBalance life and work with a hybrid model and flexible hours-we care about results, not rigid schedules.\n\nWe're proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment where you can thrive.","description_format":"text","description_chars":4165,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":8,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"Advanced
