In this role, you will modernize legacy processes and connect disparate data systems across our dental and animal health supply chains. You will build high-performing Canvas and Model-Driven apps, automate complex workflows, and integrate Power Platform components with enterprise ecosystems like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Azure data lakes.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSolution Architecture & Development: Design and develop complex, high-performing Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps tailored for supply chain, sales, and corporate operations.\n\nWorkflow Automation: Create advanced, multi-stage cloud and desktop flows using Power Automate to streamline cross-departmental operations and approvals.\n\nData Integration: Build secure connections and custom connectors between Power Platform and enterprise data sources, including Dataverse, SQL Server, SAP, and SharePoint.\n\nGovernance & ALM: Implement robust Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices using Azure DevOps to manage solution deployments across Dev, Test, and Production environments.\n\nComponent Customization: Extend low-code capabilities by developing custom code components using the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) (JavaScript/TypeScript).\n\nPerformance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Power Apps performance, ensuring low latency and efficient delegation of large datasets.\n\nMentorship & Best Practices: Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME), guiding junior developers and establishing Power Platform governance and security standards.\n\nRequired Technical Skills\n\nPower Platform Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically designing and developing inside Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.\n\nData Architecture: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Dataverse, including complex data modeling, security roles, and business rules.\n\nPro-Dev Extension: Solid experience with C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML5 to write plugins, Web Resources, and PCF controls.\n\nIntegration Experience: Proven experience integrating Power Platform with large ERP systems (preferably SAP or Dynamics 365) and Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps).\n\nQuery & Database Languages: Excellent knowledge of FetchXML, OData, SQL, and Power Fx.\n\nDevOps/ALM: Experience managing automated deployments using Azure DevOps Power Platform Build Tools.\n\nPreferred Qualifications & Background\n\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nCertifications: Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect) are highly preferred.\n\nDomain Knowledge: Prior experience working within supply chain, logistics, distribution, or healthcare IT sectors is a major plus.\n\nCommunication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with stakeholders in the US / North American time
