DevOps Engineer

We're looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You'll work closely with developers and platform leads to build, maintain, and improve our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability stack. This is a high-ownership role you'll be contributing to real production systems from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure across one or more public cloud providers (AWS preferred).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins[Any].
• Work with containerised workloads, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE).
• Support monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent tooling.
• Assist with security hardening, access management (IAM), and compliance hygiene.
• Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools.
• Collaborate with developers to debug deployment issues and improve release velocity.
• Document infrastructure runbooks, architecture decisions, and incident playbooks.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on DevOps or cloud infrastructure experience.
• Solid working knowledge of at least one public cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Linux administration and shell scripting (Bash/Python).
• Familiarity with containerisation, Docker, and basic Kubernetes operations.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipeline design and management.
• Good grasp of networking fundamentals: VPCs, subnets, DNS, load balancers, security groups.

Good to Have:

• Multi-cloud exposure across AWS + Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tooling, such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Hands-on with IaC tools Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows and tools like ArgoCD or Flux.
• Exposure to observability stacks, such as Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, or Datadog.
• Basic understanding of security and compliance concepts (IAM hardening, secret management, audit logging).
