Your team sets the goals and explains why they matter. From there, you work out what to build and how to build it, own the services in your team's domain, and help newer engineers grow along the way.\nWhat You'll Do\nTurn team goals into technical plans, then design and build full-stack features and services within your team's domain.\nChoose the methods, tools, and evaluation criteria for your own work, and walk your team through the tradeoffs.\nSpot technical risks and blockers early and propose fixes before they slow down delivery.\nOwn the prioritization of your assigned work and bring it to your manager for approval.\nContribute to architecture and design discussions for your team's services.\nWork with product, QA, and adjacent engineering teams to ship features in your team's domain.\nMentor junior engineers through code review, pairing, and hands-on technical guidance.\nImprove testing, tooling, and engineering practices on the services you own.\nWhat You Should Have\nTypically 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.\nStrong object-oriented programming skills in C#, solid TypeScript, and hands-on experience with .NET Framework or .NET 5+.\nProficiency with a modern front-end framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.\nExperience building backend APIs and services with .NET Framework or .NET 5+.\nWorking experience with ORMs and relational databases (for example, nHibernate, Entity Framework, SQL Server).\nExperience writing unit, integration, and UI automation tests.\nExperience with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.\nExperience with Docker and Kubernetes, whether running them in production or helping a team migrate to them.\nNice to have\nExperience with cloud architectures on AWS or Azure.\nFamiliarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.\nExperience building integrations with EHRs.\nWho You Are\nAn engineer who owns your work from design through production and enjoys helping newer engineers level up.\nA clear communicator who can explain a technical decision to your team and stay open to other approaches.\nSomeone who gets satisfaction from taking a tangled piece of code and making it simpler to maintain.\nSecurity Requirements\nU.S. Citizenship Required: Applicants must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance.
