The statutory majority shareholder is Allwyn.\nWe have an open vacancy for a Telecom Field Engineer in Athens.\nMain Responsibilities\nPerforms troubleshooting, maintenance and repair as well as preventative maintenance and field modifications on customer equipment as per manufacturer/client instructions, in a timely and efficient manner so as to achieve agreed SLAs with customer. \nInstalls, modifies, uninstalls when required, tests and repairs equipment and/or software on customer premises as per manufacturer/client instructions \nPerforms staging, test, cleaning, repairs on equipment according to manufacturer instructions in Company premises \nMaintains customer service logs and internal service records in the required format and in a timely manner; updates knowledge database by recording resolution procedures in new incidents \nReports issues in real-time and collaborates with Customer Service Centre and Client Helpdesk to help resolve issues in a timely manner \nCollaborates with Warehouse team in order to manage repair parts and equipment under responsibility \nIdentifies recuring problems on the field, understands possible causes, tests them and reports to Telecom Team. \nIdentifies possible solutions for Faults that no known solutions exist, tests them and helps Telecom team to appropriately update SOWs. \nProfessional Experience & Qualifications\n1-3 years of experience in a similar position in a telecom provider, with hands-on experience in installation of Optics, Ip and Fixed Network equipment. \nB.Sc./TEI degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer science, Telecoms, Physics, Mathematics. \nExcellent knowledge of Ticketing systems and MS Office applications \nDeep knowledge of all aspects
