Encapsulated cell-based gene therapy is designed to provide long-term, sustained delivery of therapeutic proteins for the treatment of chronic eye diseases.\nThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance on GMP-compliant facilities, utilities, and equipment. This role ensures reliable operation of critical systems, supports compliance with regulatory standards, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
