frontend and backend systems\nArchitect and build scalable, maintainable applications using modern frameworks\nDevelop responsive, high-quality user interfaces with React and TypeScript\nDesign and implement robust RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs\nOwn database design, optimization, and performance tuning (PostgreSQL, MySQL)\nDeploy, monitor, and maintain production systems on AWS and/or Azure\nChampion the use of AI-assisted / agentic coding tools (e.g., Codex, Claude Code, Copilot) to improve team productivity\nCollaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and DevOps to deliver impactful features\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership and best practices\nDrive architectural decisions and ensure system scalability, reliability, and security\nRequirements5+ years (typically 6–8+ preferred) of full stack development experience\nStrong expertise in React and TypeScript\nDeep experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js, Express, NestJS, or similar\nStrong understanding of system design, architecture, and scalability patterns\nSolid experience with relational databases and schema design\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and using Docker or similar tools\nProven track record of using AI-assisted / agentic coding tools in real-world development workflows\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to operate with high ownership\nNice to HaveFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies\nExperience with Government Commercial
