You will work in a team with a motivated and dynamic team of professionals.\nAs a project manager you are responsible for:\nDrawing up a project plan and making agreements and supervising its implementation;\nSimultaneously manage multiple projects;\nDetermine the scope and implementation of the project and plan the work accordingly;\nAssembling a team of competent consultants;\nMaintaining a helicopter view on the implementation of our solutions;\nPreparing a kick-off presentation in which you seek coordination between all stakeholders;\nMonitoring the project planning, project scope and budget;\nMonitoring project and/or task progress, ensuring optimal quality, identifying bottlenecks and acting accordingly;\nCreating and maintaining a risk log and taking timely action for all risks;\nPeriodically reporting to your manager and client on project progress, budget quality and risks;\nYou initiate innovative project management opportunities;\nManaging expectations both internally and externally;\nBuilding long-term relationships with existing and new customers and identifying commercial opportunities.\nYou have the following:\nA professional HBO education and thinking level, supplemented with training in project management and relevant work experience in this field;\nAt least 5 years of relevant work experience in the role of project manager in the IT industry, preferably of SaaS solutions;\nGood teaching skills;\nAnalytical and process-oriented thinking skills;\nKnowledge and experience in drawing up project plans, project budgets and tenders;\nKnowledge and experience in leading projects and functionally managing project teams;\nLiving in the Netherlands and your native language is Dutch;\nGood knowledge of the English language.\nIn addition to flexible working hours and the option to work from home, you will receive a market-conform salary and secondary employment conditions (including a lease car) in line with your experience, a bonus plan based on company turnover, mobile phone and laptop, 28 days of vacation per year and a home working allowance of €50 net per month.\nBoost your career with Spacewell -
