within the company’s process management system (ARIS)\nSupport of the IT governance team in design and development of strategic IT documents and guidelines in Confluence\nAssist with process design and optimization in an enterprise setting\nCollaborate with various international stakeholder to develop and rollout new or updated IT processes\nPreparation and harmonization of IT governance documents and policies\nKey Accountabilities\nEnsure accurate and up-to-date process documentation in Process Management System to improve process transparency and compliance\nContribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes in close cooperation with the IT Governance team\nSupport the continuous improvement and standardization of processes in the area of IT governance\nContribute to the implementation of defined improvement measures, e.g. by maintaining templates and guidelines and documenting process changes\nQualifications\nOngoing university studies in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable field\nFundamental knowledge of process modeling language BPMN required\nExperience with process management systems such as ARIS, Visio, Signavio, or similar is advantageous\nKnowledge of relevant governance standards and frameworks advantageous (ITIL, COBIT, APQC)\nKnowledge of project management tools advantageous (Confluence, Jira)\nSkills\nExcellent communication skills in English\nStrong analytical, structured and independent work style, with eagerness to familiarize with new topics\nAbility to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, international environment\nWho you’ll work with\nA global BPM team\nInternational IT stakeholders and functional leaders\nTeams driving IT governance, quality,
