In this highly visible leadership role, you will partner closely with senior executives, enable leaders to communicate with impact, and create engaging employee experiences that strengthen culture, connectivity, and alignment across the Group.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop and execute a global internal communications strategy aligned with business priorities and transformation goals.\nLead and mentor a global internal communications team while coordinating an international communications network.\nDrive employee engagement initiatives that foster community, belonging, and a shared company identity.\nModernize and harmonize communication channels, formats, and platforms, including intranet and digital workplace tools.\nLead communications for major organizational changes, transformations, and leadership events.\nIntroduce innovative communication approaches, leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and digital engagement tools.\nMeasure communication effectiveness and employee engagement through data driven insights and KPIs.\nWhat We're Looking For\n12+ years of experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Change Management, or related fields.\nProven track record developing communication strategies for large, complex, international organizations.\nStrong experience supporting executives and advising senior leaders on communication and engagement topics.\nExpertise in organizational change, employee engagement, and leadership communications.\nExceptional storytelling, writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience leading global teams and influencing across cultures and regions.\nPassion for innovation and the use of AI and technology to enhance employee communication and experience.\nBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, or a related
