important engineering design decisions.\nIdentify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions for scalability and reliability.\nCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.\nConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding, architecture, security, and engineering standards.\nMentor engineers and help build a strong engineering culture.\nTake ownership of complex technical problems from design through implementation and production.\nContribute to building and scaling consumer-facing e-commerce products with high traffic and large user volumes.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong hands-on experience with Node.js / NodeJS.\nStrong experience with React / ReactJS.\nExcellent understanding of microservices architecture.\nStrong experience with distributed systems.\nExperience designing or working with multi-tenant architecture.\nGood hands-on experience with Kafka, Redis, message queues, caching, or similar technologies.\nExperience building highly scalable, high-traffic, B2C applications/products.\nProven experience leading a team of 4-5 engineers.\nStrong understanding of system design, architecture, scalability, availability, and performance.\nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Experience: \nPrior experience in e-commerce/retail/marketplace products.\nExperience working on large-scale consumer-facing platforms.\nExperience handling high transaction volumes and traffic spikes.\nExperience with cloud platforms and modern DevOps
