discrepancies.\n Verify that procurement, logistics, and stock management processes comply with company policies and cost-control measures.\n Review adherence to Standard Operating Procedures SOPs and recommend process improvements.\n Prepare comprehensive audit reports highlighting findings, risk ratings, and recommendations.\n Present audit outcomes to management and follow up on agreed corrective action plans.\n Smart KPIs\n Audit Report Timeliness: Submit audit reports within 3 working days after review completion.\n Control Testing Accuracy: Achieve ≥ 95% accuracy in control testing and documentation.\n Audit Findings Closure Rate: Ensure ≥ 90% of audit findings are closed within agreed timelines.\n Compliance Adherence: Maintain ≥ 98% compliance with audit standards and company procedures.\n Risk Mitigation Effectiveness: Demonstrate measurable improvement in identified risk areas within 3 months post-audit.\n Qualifications & Experience\n B.Sc Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n 3 years of relevant experience in auditing, accounting, or internal control roles.\n Membership in ICAN, CISA, CFE, or CIA is an added advantage.\n Experience in amanufacturing environmentis preferred.\n Skills & Competencies:\n Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal auditing standards.\n Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software.\n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n Excellent report writing and documentation ability.\n High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.\n Good communication and interpersonal skills.\n Ability to work under pressure and meet
