The company builds and uses proprietary technology to deliver zero-emissions carrier services to Fortune 500 shippers with superior economics and service to legacy diesel operators. The company has operations in California and Texas, and is backed by globally-renowned investors including Lowercarbon Capital.\nAbout the Role:\nThis is a foundational hire. You will do different aspects of dispatching in trucking - without needing any trucking experience. You’ll keep real freight moving for real customers: assigning loads, communicating with drivers, handling exceptions, and solving the problems of the day.\nThe reason this works is you. You are AI-native - AI is your default way of researching, troubleshooting, and getting work done - and you have the critical thinking to notice when the playbook is wrong and the initiative to propose the fix. You’ll work directly with engineering and product to automate the repetitive parts of the job, so the role keeps getting smarter.\nYou’ll get a lot of direction, coaching, and ownership early. Do this well and the role is a launchpad: people who build the operational foundation here will grow into bigger roles across the company.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nRun daily dispatch execution from our playbook: load assignment, driver communication, check-calls, and exception handling\n\nKeep loads covered and customers informed, escalating with judgment when something can’t wait\n\nUse AI tools daily to research, troubleshoot, draft, analyze, and automate your own work\n\nImprove the playbook as you go - document what works, flag what doesn’t, and ship a better process every week\n\nCall out problems early and come with proposed solutions, not just escalations\n\nPartner with engineering and product to turn recurring manual work into automated workflows\n\nTrack the KPIs of your operation - load coverage, on-time performance, driver utilization - and use them to improve\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nA recent degree or 1-2 years of work experience - high-performing new grads encouraged to apply\n\nAI-native habits: you already use AI as your default tool for learning, research, and producing work\n\nSharp critical thinking - you spot what’s broken, ask why, and bring a proposed answer\n\nHungry and coachable: you want direction, feedback, and a steep learning curve\n\nStrong written and verbal communication - you’ll be talking to drivers, customers, and engineers in the same hour\n\nOrganized and calm under pressure; comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities\n\nNo trucking, logistics, or dispatch experience required\n\nNice to Have:\nInternship or early experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a fast-moving startup\n\nComfort with data - spreadsheets, SQL, or light scripting\n\nSpanish language proficiency, a meaningful asset in our operating markets\n\nAt Nevoya, we believe diverse teams build better solutions.\nWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all employees. We consider all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.\nIf you're excited about our mission but your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be the right candidate for this or another role.\nIf you have any other questions please email our Recruiting Team directly @","description_format":"text","description_chars":3701,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":1,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"Spanish","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":true}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Fleet Management","Supply Chain & Logistics Software"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-28T21:23:29Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":6,"expected_fill_days":60,"reasons":["conf:1","win:early","comp:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-11-04T06:34:25Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/nevoya-ai-operations-associate","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/nevoya-ai-operations-associate.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-04T12:10:39Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":18290,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-05T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":679536},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=679536"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fnevoya-ai-operations-associate"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fnevoya-ai-operations-associate"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fnevoya-ai-operations-associate"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/nevoya-ai-operations-associate\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fnevoya-ai-operations-associate"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":3422716}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"nevoya.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":3422716},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
