This will be accomplished through the development, planning and implementation of strategic and responsive technical initiatives that support consistent business growth, expand market share and strengthen brand equity and reputation.\nMAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES\nDevelop and implement EDI, API ad MFT integrations according to business requirements and technical specifications.\nDevelop custom connectors and middleware to bridge communication gaps between disparate systems.\nEnsure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.\nDesign scalable, secure, and efficient solutions to facilitate seamless communication between different systems.\nDefine appropriate technical specifications, including endpoints, data formats, authentication mechanisms, and error handling.\nEvaluate existing integrations for potential enhancements and optimization.\nStay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in Enterprise integrations and recommend adoption where applicable.\nCollaborate with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand integration requirements and priorities.\nCommunicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nCoordinate with external partners or third-party vendors for integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow.\nIdentify performance bottlenecks and optimize integrations for speed, reliability, and scalability.\nImplement monitoring and logging mechanisms to track integration usage, identify issues, and ensure service uptime and reliability.\nProactively address security vulnerabilities and compliance requirements related to all integrations.\nREQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS\nSolid problem-solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills.\nCreative and innovative thinking.\nGood communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.\nBS or higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent 5+ years of development experience in relevant technologies (C#, Azure Logic Apps, PowerBI, Java, Python, or JavaScript, and experience with Integrations frameworks (e.g., AIS, Mulesoft, Sterling B2B) and tools (e.g., AIS, REST, SOAP, GraphQL, Postman).\nUnderstanding of microservices architecture, cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS), and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nAbility to prioritize and handle multiple tasks completely and independently.\nAbility to generate clarity in ambiguous situations\n-\nEqual Opportunity Employer:\nNew Balance is committed to equality of opportunity for all current and prospective associates regardless of age, disability, race, religion or belief, gender, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, marriage and civil partnership and gender reassignment.
