This role provides coaching, training, and operational leadership while supporting departmental goals, service standards, and business performance. Hospitality Supervisors create a welcoming environment for guests, foster coworker engagement and development, and ensure operational excellence through effective planning, communication, and execution.\nEssential Duties:\nOversees planning, coordination, and execution of tours, private events, public events, and hospitality programming.\nSupervises coworkers supporting event and programming operations.\nManages event schedules, staffing plans, and operational logistics.\nServes as the primary operational lead during assigned events and programs.\nCoordinates vendors, entertainment partners, contractors, and other external resources as needed.\nEnsures event setup, execution, and breakdown meet quality, safety, and brand standards.\nTracks attendance, guest feedback, and program performance metrics.\nRecommends and supports new experiences, programming opportunities, and event enhancements.\nSupports budget management and resource planning for hospitality programming and events.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nEducation/ Experience/Skills:\n3+ years of leadership and customer service experience\nKnowledge of all NBB and Bells brands, history, process, and culture, required within 6 months of hire\nAdvanced verbal and written communication, including public speaking\nKnowledge of the beer industry and trends, a plus\nThorough understanding of legal requirements for serving alcohol\nExperience supporting food service or café-style front-of-house operations, including coordination of servers, bartenders, or similar guest-facing roles, preferred\nHigh level interpersonal and mediation skills. Ability to deal with difficult situations and resolve matters appropriately and effectively\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to lift objects weighing up to 90 lbs. 10 inches, and carry up to 40 lbs 100 feet.\nAbility to push/pull weights up to 50 lbs. and maintain the grip strength required to carry objects including buckets and cases.\nMust also show fine motor dexterity. \nDemonstrate their ability to climb stairs, stoop, kneel, twist, squat and reach overhead. \nThe position requires frequent, constant standing and walking. \nPercent of Travel: 0%-25%\nWorking Conditions: Tasting Room, Store, Office & Production Areas\nWage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell’s and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position.
