The successful candidate for this role will work on our second shift, Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11pm.\nEssential Duties:\nPerforming the required maintenance on specific pieces of equipment\nLead efforts to maintain specific pieces of equipment and identify critical spare parts\nSafely lock out all brewery equipment as required\nCommunicate and acquire downtime for maintenance\nAssists with making annual maintenance budgets for specific areas\nDevelops maintenance requirements and training checklists\nOther Duties as assigned\nEducation/ Experience/Skills:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience or equivalent training and experience.\nAbility to train and mentor less experienced technicians\nAbility to be part of on-call mechanical program\nDeveloped mechanical working knowledge, skills, and abilities\nDeveloped knowledge of brewing, production process\nDeveloped knowledge of chemical handling and abilities\nDeveloped knowledge with scheduling maintenance outages\nSolid electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, welding abilities\nSolid experience with Lathes, Drill press, and other specialized mechanical tools\nSolid understanding of engineering concepts in sanitary applications\nSolid ability to read, interpret and deliver, instructions, policies and regulations\nSolid understanding of reading and interpreting P&ID’s\nSolid understanding of reading and interpreting construction drawings\nConfined space trained and certified\nLOTO trained and certified\nOsha 10 hour trained and certified\nOsha 30 hour trained and certified\nWage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell’s and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position.
