We welcome and encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds and experiences.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Warehouse Manager you'll provide leadership, direction, and accountability for all logistics operations, including inbound receiving, warehousing, inventory management, material supply to manufacturing, outbound distribution, and direct-to-consumer fulfillment. This role leads a team of approximately 20 employees and is responsible for developing people, creating accountability, improving performance, and ensuring logistics operations safely and effectively support customer requirements, manufacturing needs, and business priorities.\nThe Warehouse Manager establishes clear expectations, develops employee capability, drives operational excellence, and leads continuous improvement initiatives that improve service, efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall department performance. This position works closely with Production, Quality, Planning, Customer Service, and Operations leadership to ensure reliable execution while building a culture of ownership, teamwork, safety, and results.\nWhat You'll Do\nLeadership and Team Development\nLead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 20 logistics employees responsible for receiving, warehousing, inventory movement, material handling, shipping, and fulfillment activities.\nEstablish clear expectations, priorities, performance standards, and accountability throughout the department.\nBuild employee capability through coaching, training, performance feedback, and development planning.\nFoster a culture of ownership, teamwork, communication, safety, and continuous improvement.\nPartner with Human Resources and Operations leadership on hiring, employee development, performance management, and succession planning.\nLogistics Operations\nLead day-to-day execution of inbound receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, material movement, outbound shipping, and direct-to-consumer fulfillment.\nEnsure materials and finished goods are received, stored, moved, and shipped accurately and efficiently.\nEnsure reliable material supply to manufacturing through effective staging, replenishment, and inventory management practices.\nMaintain inventory accuracy through disciplined transaction management, warehouse controls, and process adherence.\nEnsure customer orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and in accordance with customer requirements and service expectations.\nOperational Excellence and Continuous Improvement\nEstablish, monitor, and improve departmental KPIs and performance metrics.\nIdentify operational gaps and implement sustainable corrective actions that improve service, efficiency, and execution.\nLead initiatives that improve material flow, warehouse organization, space utilization, labor productivity, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment performance.\nUse operational data and trends to drive decisions and improve department effectiveness.\nCreate and maintain standard processes that support consistency, accountability, and operational reliability.\nSafety, Quality, and Compliance\nEnsure compliance with GMP, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.\nMaintain warehouse areas in an organized, inspection-ready condition through adherence to established standards and procedures.\nLead investigations and corrective actions related to safety incidents, inventory discrepancies, service failures, and operational issues.\nPromote a culture where safety, quality, and compliance are non-negotiable expectations.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nMaintains a safe, organized, and compliant logistics operation that consistently supports manufacturing requirements and customer commitments.\nAchieves and sustains departmental performance targets for inventory accuracy, order fulfillment accuracy, shipping performance, material availability, and productivity.\nEnsures production operations receive required materials on time with minimal disruptions to manufacturing schedules.\nDelivers customer orders accurately and on time while maintaining expected service levels.\nBuilds a highly engaged and accountable team through effective leadership, coaching, communication, and performance management.\nReduces recurring operational issues through effective root-cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous improvement.\nImplements process improvements that improve warehouse efficiency, material flow, labor utilization, service performance, and operational reliability.\nCreates clear ownership and accountability for departmental priorities, resulting in measurable improvements in execution and business results.\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong leadership presence with demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountable for results.\nAbility to establish clear expectations and build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nEffective coaching and employee development skills.\nDemonstrated ability to drive change and improve operational performance.\nStrong operational judgment with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to use KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to assess department health and drive improvement.\nStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nAbility to create structure, implement processes, and improve execution across complex operations.\nDemonstrated commitment to safety, quality, employee development, customer service, and operational excellence.\nPreferred Qualifications\n5+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.\nDemonstrated success leading teams and improving operational performance.\nExperience managing warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or material handling functions.\nExperience utilizing ERP, WMS, inventory management, or related operational systems.\nBachelor's degree in a related field preferred.\nExperience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments preferred.\nWorking knowledge of applicable industry regulations, inventory management practices, and operational improvement methodologies\nCompensation & Benefits\nThe target salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
