We welcome and encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds and experiences.\nAbout the Role\nMonday-Friday| 7:00 AM-3:30 PM | Starting Pay: $19.00/hour\nAs a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role related to the customer experience by helping ensure orders are fulfilled correctly, delivered on schedule, and meet quality expectations.\nWhether you are beginning your career or bringing previous warehouse experience, we provide training and opportunities to learn and grow.\nWhat You'll Do\nFulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, including Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) shipments, parcel shipments, less-than-truckload (LTL) deliveries, and full truckload (FTL) orders, ensuring all products are prepared and shipped according to customer specifications and company standards.\nSelect and stage products for order fulfillment by verifying inventory, preparing items for shipment, and ensuring order accuracy.\nPerform a variety of general warehouse duties to support daily operations, including disposal and recycling of materials, box assembly and forming, product bundling, organization of warehouse inventory, maintenance of clean and safe work areas, etc.\nSupport inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency by following established procedures, identifying discrepancies, and communicating operational issues to supervisors as needed.\nAdhere to all company safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements while operating equipment, handling materials, and performing warehouse-related responsibilities.\nCollaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to meet shipping deadlines, maintain productivity goals, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through accurate and timely order fulfillment\nWhat We're Looking For\nPositive attitude and willingness to learn\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team\nBasic computer skills\nAbility to follow safety procedures and company policies\nComfortable working in a fast-paced production environment\nFlexibility to work overtime or weekends when business needs require\nPreferred Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED\nForklift or other powered lift equipment experience preferred\nPrior warehousing or inventory experience preferred\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds\nAbility to stand and move throughout a 8-hour shift\nCompensation & Benefits\nStarting pay: $19.00 per hour\nFinal compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and training.\nEligible employees may have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nLife insurance\nShort- and long-term disability coverage\n401(k) with company match\nFlexible spending accounts\nEmployee Assistance Program\nTuition reimbursement\nPaid parental leave\nPaid time off and company holidays\nBuild Your Future with New Chapter\nIf you're looking for meaningful work, a strong team culture, opportunities to grow, and the chance to make a positive impact on people's health and wellness, we'd love to hear from you.
