Responsible for preparing garments to match job specifications while ensuring the best quality and meeting deadlines. Applicants should be driven, detail-oriented, with a strong desire to produce high-quality prints in record time. This ideal candidate should have an eye for accuracy and a can-do teamwork attitude.\nResponsibilities \nStart up and maintain Direct-to-Garment printers\nPretreat and print DTG garments\nClean the machines and perform light maintenance daily\nKeep constant stream of product running through printer (Load & Unload product)\nEnsure quality control from start to finish\nEnsure accurate recordings of printing in computer software\nKeep all sensitive matters confidential\nOther duties as assigned\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities \nDetailed oriented & Excellent Attendance\nBasic knowledge of computer technology/file types\nCan take responsibility for work produced and has problem-solving skills to fix errors\nAbility to perform a repetitive load and unload operation\nAbility to lift 25 lbs (ink jug cartons)\nCan be trained for industrial equipment operation\nCan perform basic maintenance on industrial equipment\nFollows all safety guidelines\nAdobe Suite experience (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc) a plus\nEducation and Experience\nHigh school education or equivalent\nA background in apparel screen printing or wide format digital printing (printing industry knowledge)\nTravel Requirement\nThe location for this position is 100% on-site in Miami, FL \n0% domestic and/or global\nThe hourly range for this posted position is $18/hr - $20/hr (plus bonus & benefits) and pertains to candidates located in Miami, FL.
