Apply today and help us shape the future of work-together\nPosition: IT Project Manager\nCompany: New Era Technology\nLocation: Bangalore(Onsite- Work from our client's Office) Office address: Parcel 9, Embassy Tech Village, Outer Ring Road, Deverabeesanhalli Village, Varthur Hobli, Bengaluru, 560103. \nEmployment Type: Permanent | Full-Time\nExperience: 10 - 18 Years\nRole Summary \nResponsible for the matrix management of project teams and the oversight of designing and implementing complex technology projects, primarily related to Real Estate development, End User, and Network projects.\nThis involves delivering projects across all disciplines, collaborating closely across regions and multiple Technology workstreams and LOB (line of business), while engaging with senior managers and stakeholders within the organization.\nTasked with managing a range of infrastructure projects, with a particular emphasis on corporate fit outs, office relocations, and desktop technology deployments.\nEnsure all projects are delivered with high quality, on scope, on time & on budget.\nEnsure governance and control over all project financials, including the development of business cases, forecasting, and understanding profit and loss as well as depreciation.\nKeep all projects on track, escalating decisions to executive sponsors as needed.\nOrganize the design and development of the project.\nEnsure risk management strategies are followed and reviewed according to guidelines.\nPlan and set project goals and milestones based on the approved Charter/Statement of Works.\nIdentify and secure resources, including the project team, vendors, and consultants.\nEffectively detect and resolve project risks and issues. § Lead the project team.\nEnsure project management standards and rigor are applied.\nDevelop communications for the executive sponsor and project stakeholders; conduct regular briefings and status updates.\nServe as the single point of contact for project-level risks, issues, questions, and escalations.\nPrepare and/or provide project reporting, metrics, scorecards, etc.\nPartner with key stakeholders to identify project interdependencies that may influence project success.\nSupport the team in distributing project information to executive management and key stakeholders.\nCreate an environment that fosters trust and collaboration with others, exhibiting a strategic business focus with a customer-oriented perspective.\nRecognize areas for internal improvement and develop plans for implementing them.\nComply with company standards and procedures. § Manage budget and financial aspects, including the completion of business cases.\nEvaluate the impact on Total Cost of Ownership for multiple simultaneous, complex projects.\n\nWork Experience\nSubstantial IT Project Management experience, or relevant business or team leadership\n7+ years’ experience with projects in multiple technologies & functions\nExtensive experience in managing projects through all phases of the life cycle and expert working knowledge of an industry recognized Project Management methodology\nStrong knowledge of industry standard project management tools for financial and project reporting (Clarity, Service Now, Microsoft Project)\nFormal project management training and discipline knowledge required\nKnowledge of technologies, systems, drivers and trends in global investment banking environments backed by a solid understanding of the banking industry fundamentals\nAwareness of Agile Project Management techniques would be beneficial.\nAn understanding of line of business technology drivers § Knowledge and understanding of banking regulatory, compliance, risk and security aspects\nProven experience managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work groups\nKnowledge of Permit to Build and Permit to Operate\nExtensive experience with multi-million-dollar projects with high complexity and client focus.\nProven experience at delivering high quality projects on time & within budget\nExtensive experience at presenting metrics to key stakeholders\nExcellent oral and written communication skills across functions and teams, up and down the chain of command\nListening and gathering customer/user inputs.
