Apply today and help us shape the future of work-together\nSUMMARY: \nWe are looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial cooling equipment at customer sites. If you enjoy working with electrical and mechanical equipment and solving technical problems, we'd like to hear from you.\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities\nInstall, start up, and service cooling equipment.\nTroubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.\nReplace faulty parts such as motors, sensors, relays, switches, actuators, and other components.\nPerform preventive maintenance and inspections.\nRead electrical wiring diagrams and basic technical drawings.\nTest equipment and verify proper operation after repairs.\nComplete service reports after each visit.\nProvide professional customer service while working onsite.\nTravel to customer locations when needed.\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of hands-on experience repairing or maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment.\nExperience troubleshooting industrial equipment, HVAC systems, manufacturing equipment, automation systems, compressors, pumps, generators, or similar machinery.\nAbility to read electrical schematics.\nExperience working on 200-440V electrical equipment.\nStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.\nComfortable replacing electrical and mechanical components.\nAble to work independently in the field.\nNice to Have\nExperience with any of the following:\nHVAC equipment\nIndustrial maintenance\nElectro-mechanical equipment\nPLC-controlled equipment (basic knowledge is sufficient)\nMotors\nSensors\nActuators\nServos\nPumps\nCompressors\nData center cooling systems\nEducation\nA technical degree, trade school, military training, or vocational training is preferred but not required.\nCandidates with strong hands-on experience are encouraged to apply even without a college degree.\nPhysical Requirements\nLift up to 50 lbs.\nStand, bend, kneel, and work at customer locations.\nTravel up to 20% as needed.\nSchedule\nFull-time\nTypically, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts.\nOccasional overtime and on-call support may be required.\nNew Era Technology, LLC., and its subsidiaries (“New Era” “we”, “us”, or “our”) in its operating regions worldwide are committed to respecting your privacy and recognize the need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Data that you may provide us.
