Apply today and help us shape the future of work-together\nWhat is the role\nThe Network Engineer will support and manage multiple customer networks across diverse environments. The role is responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining modern WAN and edge connectivity solutions, including Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN, Cisco Meraki, and Cradlepoint NetCloud platforms.\nThis role works in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, providing direct engineering support and remote guidance to field technicians during onsite installations, cutovers, and troubleshooting.\nThe following include but may not be limited to the responsibilities of the Network Engineer:\nDeploy, configure, and support Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN solutions, including vManage and vEdge/cEdge.\nConfigure and maintain Cisco Meraki environments across MX, MS, and MR platforms.\nImplement and support Cradlepoint routers using NetCloud Manager.\nIntegrate LTE/5G and satellite connectivity into enterprise network designs.\nProvide real-time remote support to field technicians during installations, cutovers, and troubleshooting.\nAssist with validation, turn-ups, and issue resolution during live deployments.\nSupport multiple customer networks simultaneously with strong prioritization and communication.\nEnsure adherence to customer-specific standards, SLAs, and security requirements.\nWork Set-up / Work Schedule\nRemote\nMonday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm ET (US)\nWho we are looking for\nSuccessful candidate must possess:\n4-7+ years of hands-on data networking or network engineering experience in the capacity of large-scale projects or national or international deployments.\nStrong hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN, including vManage, policy control, and routing.\nExperience with Microsoft based desktop and laptop computers, as well as mobile device experience (smart phones, tablet pc, etc.).\nStrong experience with Cisco Meraki MX, MS, and MR platforms.\nExperience with the Cradlepoint NetCloud ecosystem.\nSolid understanding of routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP, TCP/IP, VPNs, and network security fundamentals.\nExperience supporting distributed environments and remote site connectivity.\nExperience with wired and wireless monitoring and troubleshooting tools.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.\nAbility to clearly communicate technical guidance to field technicians and non-technical stakeholders.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities across customer environments.\nExcellent communication and documentation abilities.\nExperience with Starlink deployment and satellite connectivity is advantageous.\nFamiliarity with Fortinet firewalls and SD-WAN capabilities is advantageous.\nExperience with multi-carrier cellular deployments and failover design is advantageous.\nCertifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Meraki CMNA/CMNO, Cradlepoint, Juniper, CompTIA, Apple, Linux or Fortinet NSE are advantageous.\nWhat we offer\nDay 1 HMO + 1 free dependent\nHealth and Wellness Reimbursement Benefits\nSunlife Group Insurance\nCompany Salary Loans\nGovernment contributions\nAssistance with government loan payments\n13th month pay\nNight differentials pay\nHoliday pay (for hours worked on holidays)\nMandated Leaves\nWork equipment provided\nNew Era Technology, LLC., and its subsidiaries (“New Era” “we”, “us”, or “our”) in its operating regions worldwide are committed to respecting your privacy and recognize the need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Data that you may provide us.
