Apply today and help us shape the future of work-together\nPosition: Project Coordinator\nExperience: 3-5 Years\nLocation: Hyderabad / Bangalore (5 Days work from Office)\nEmployment Type: Full-Time\nSUMMARY: The Project Coordinator is responsible for contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction by scheduling the necessary resources, labor and materials to complete an assigned project within the terms of the appropriate contract. Works in a team environment and in conjunction with customers, subcontractors/ technicians, and equipment vendors to ensure that the scope of work is clearly defined, the assigned sub/tech has the correct skill set for the project, and the correct material is ordered and delivered to the site.\nPRIMARY DUTIES include but not limited to: \nUnderstand the scope work requested by customers and then schedule field technicians for assigned work.\nProvide timely status updates to customers.\nGather deliverables.\nDocument installation notes and job progress.\nVerifying technician check in and check out.\nParticipate in team calls with updates.\nStrive to understand budgets and contracts in place with assigned customers.\nClose out work orders and prepare for billing.\nObtain vendor invoices in a timely manner.\nMeet metrics related to margin, start times, project deadlines and invoicing deadlines.\nDevelop strong business relationships with customers and field technicians.\nWork with customer’s internal software system as applicable.\n\nCOMPETENCIES:\nIT project experience preferred.\nNetwork engineering experience preferred.\nExperience utilizing Excel/ Jira/ Smartsheets to track projects.\nPossess a strong drive for success.\nAbility to make independent decisions.\nFlexible and able to embrace change.\nStrong phone skills/communication - will spend a considerable time on the phone.\nTravel will be minimal…occasional travel to visit one or two installs.\nStrong keyboarding skills, Word, Excel.\nMust have excellent organizational skills.\nREQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: \n2-3 years’ experience in a project environment.\nMulti-task in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to think outside of the box.\nBasic understanding of network engineering.\nInterested?\nPlease share your updated resume with  /  /  / \nNew Era Technology, LLC., and its subsidiaries (“New Era” “we”, “us”, or “our”) in its operating regions worldwide are committed to respecting your privacy and recognize the need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Data that you may provide us.
