Apply today and help us shape the future of work-together\nWhat is the role \nThe Project Coordinator provides administrative, procurement, vendor management, and project coordination support for Workplace Technology projects across the APAC region. This role works closely with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, Technology teams, and external vendors to support successful project delivery while ensuring compliance with internal governance and approval processes.\nThe following include but may not be limited to the responsibilities of the Service Coordinator:\nCoordinate project activities, schedules, meetings, and action items to support project delivery.\nPrepare and maintain project documentation, reports, trackers, and status updates.\nManage procurement activities, including vendor quotations, purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), and approvals.\nLiaise with vendors to coordinate pricing, deliveries, installations, and project timelines.\nMonitor project milestones and proactively follow up on outstanding actions.\nSupport invoice validation and payment tracking to ensure procurement records remain accurate.\nMaintain organized project, procurement, and financial documentation.\nProvide administrative and operational support to Project Managers and the wider project team.\nWork Set-up / Work Schedule \nClient’s Site (Changi)\nMonday - Friday\nWho we are looking for \nSuccessful candidate must possess: \nAt least 5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, procurement, vendor management, or a similar role.\nExperience supporting technology, workplace technology, infrastructure, or operational projects.\nSound understanding of procurement processes, including PR and PO management.\nExperience working with vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage project documentation and reporting.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nConfidence working independently while managing competing deadlines.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nExperience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba or similar systems is highly regarded.\nA proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.\nNew Era Technology, LLC., and its subsidiaries (“New Era” “we”, “us”, or “our”) in its operating regions worldwide are committed to respecting your privacy and recognize the need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Data that you may provide us.
