Apply today and help us shape the future of work-together\nSUMMARY:\nThe Project Manager is responsible for supporting the client in all aspects of the technology infrastructure deployment project they are assigned to. The Project Manager will serve as the primary lead for the Technology Workplace TBD program, overseeing cross-functional vendor collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of network refreshes, hardware deployments, and site conversions across various client locations. This role demands high organizational agility, technical familiarity, and stakeholder engagement.\nPRIMARY DUTIES:\nProgram Coordination\nLead day-to-day coordination across vendors, engineering teams, and client stakeholders.\nTrack workflow progress using tools like Excel, Jira, Monday.com and Smartsheet \nEnsure readiness for site conversions and maintain accurate status logs\nTechnical Oversight\nAssist in oversight of support activities involving routers, cellular devices, SD-WAN appliances, and switches \nAssist in oversight of circuit installations, testing, and turn-ups for broadband and DIA internet circuits\nVendor Management\nAct as liaison between field resources and network engineers \nCoordinate bridge technician support and ensure proper activation sequences \nManage deliverables including before/after photos and cabling documentation \nCommunication & Reporting\nProvide regular updates to internal and external teams.\nMaintain clear documentation of site status, open items, and deployment milestones.\nParticipate in intake meetings, sync calls, and deployment coordination sessions\nCOMPETENCIES:\nStrong focus on accuracy and attention to detail\nStrong knowledge of MS Office suite\nExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)\nProficient time management skills; sense of urgency\nBasic skills in Monday.com or similar product (SmartSheet)\nAbility to track individual deployments across multiple client locations in a single day\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt process changes mid-stream\nAbility to work flexible hours and available afterhours/weekends if required to meet project completion dates\nREQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:\n4-8 years’ experience in project management in technology and/or infrastructure programs\nExperience using PC in business environment including MS Office\nPREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:\nExposure to technology in the financial industry is a plus\nExposure to Monday.com is a plus\nFamiliarity with network equipment such as routers, switches, cellular devices\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nPMP certification preferred by not required\nQUALIFICATIONS: \nTo perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
