Apply today and help us shape the future of work-together\nPosition: IT Project Manager\nExperience: 3-6+ Years\nEmployment Type: Permanent / Full-Time\nLocation: Bangalore (5 Days Work from Office) (India/APAC) (travel required as needed)\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Planning & Initiation\nDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.\nDevelop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones using recognized project management methodologies.\nIdentify project risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.\nCoordinate with business units and IT leadership to prioritize projects and align them with organizational objectives. Project Execution & Delivery.\nLead the execution of IT infrastructure implementation projects, including network deployments, system upgrades, data center initiatives, and technology rollouts.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, network, security, and external vendors.\nEnsure technical deployments follow corporate architecture standards and security policies.\nMonitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet project goals.\nBudget & Resource Management\nDevelop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.\nAllocate and coordinate internal and external resources, including engineers, vendors, and contractors.\nTrack project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets. Stakeholder Communication\nServe as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders across business units and IT teams.\nProvide regular project status updates, progress reports, and risk assessments.\nFacilitate meetings, workshops, and project reviews to maintain stakeholder alignment.\nCommunicate technical and project information clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.\nRisk & Issue Management\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks.\nManage project issues and escalate when necessary.\nEnsure contingency plans are developed and executed when needed.
