A collaborative professional who excels in maintaining high service standards, resolving complex issues, and ensuring SLA compliance.\nThe following include but may not be limited to the responsibilities of the Senior Engineer:\nProvide remote support for servers, storage, network, and cloud infrastructure across multiple environments.\nAdministered and maintained Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, and cloud platforms to ensure performance, availability, and security.\nDiagnose and resolved infrastructure issues through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and timely implementation of solutions.\nMonitor system health, managed incidents and service requests, and consistently met SLA targets.\nSupport Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to deliver infrastructure improvements, system upgrades, and technical solutions.\nMaintain accurate technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.\nServe as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues and contributed to process improvement and automation initiatives.\nParticipate in on-call support rotations and ensure timely resolution of critical incidents.\nWork Set-up / Work Schedule\nRemote\n6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Manila Time)\nWho we are looking for \nSuccessful candidate must possess: \nMust have 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and supporting enterprise server infrastructure preferably within an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment.\nStrong expertise in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), Group Policy, Microsoft 365, NPS, and WSUS.\nProven experience with VMware, Hyper-V, SAN storage, Veeam backup, and disaster recovery solutions.\nHands-on knowledge of data centre operations, including server deployments, hardware upgrades, migrations, and break-fix support.\nSkilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex server, storage, virtualization, and infrastructure issues.\nGood understanding of networking fundamentals including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs.\nExperience supporting Cisco and Fortinet environments, including firewall and VPN administration.\nProficient in PowerShell and Bash scripting for automation and operational efficiency.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to deliver reliable infrastructure support in fast-paced environments.\n#LI-SA2 \nNew Era Technology, LLC., and its subsidiaries (“New Era” “we”, “us”, or “our”) in its operating regions worldwide are committed to respecting your privacy and recognize the need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Data that you may provide us.
