Apply today and help us shape the future of work-together\nWhat is the role \nThis is a permanent, full-time position supporting a global network transformation initiative. \nAs a Lead Network Engineer, you will play a critical role in the migration of enterprise network infrastructure from Cisco to Fortinet and Juniper technologies. You will serve as the technical escalation point for deployment issues, lead change management activities, and support the successful delivery of large-scale network refresh projects across multiple sites. \nThe following include but may not be limited to the responsibilities of the Lead Network Engineer: \nAct as the primary escalation point for complex deployment and migration issues. \nTroubleshoot Fortinet firewalls, Juniper switches, wireless solutions, and Cisco environments during cutovers. \nProvide technical guidance and root-cause analysis to implementation and field teams. \nManage network-related change controls within ServiceNow. \nCreate and review change requests to ensure compliance and minimize risk. \nConfigure, deploy, and optimize: \nFortinet firewalls (VPNs, SD-WAN, HA, security policies) \nJuniper switches (EX/QFX series, VLANs, routing, security) \nJuniper wireless access points and controllers \nSupport migration activities including staging, validation, cutovers, and post-deployment tuning. \nMaintain network documentation, standards, and runbooks. \nDrive process improvements and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives. \nWork Set-up / Work Schedule \nOnsite\nEST Hours \nWho we are looking for \nA successful candidate for the role needs to have: \nStrong hands-on experience with FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer. \n7-10 years of relevant experience\nStrong experience with Juniper switching and wireless technologies. \nGood understanding of Cisco networking to support migration activities. \nExperience managing change controls in ServiceNow. \nStrong troubleshooting skills across routing, switching, wireless, and security. \nExperience working in large-scale, multi-site deployment environments. \nAbility to lead technical troubleshooting and make sound decisions under pressure. \nStrong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. \nHighly Regarded Skills and Experience \nFortinet NSE, Juniper JNCIS/JNCIP, or similar certifications. \nExperience with large-scale network refresh or transformation projects. \nKnowledge of Python, Ansible, or other automation tools. \nExperience with SD-WAN, Zero Trust, or cloud-integrated networking. \nMentoring and leadership experience. \nWhat we offer \nDay 1 HMO + 1 Free dependent \nHealth and Wellness Reimbursement Benefits \nSunlife Group Insurance \nCompany Salary Loans \nGovernment contributions \nAssistance with government loan payments \n13th month pay \nNight differentials pay \nHoliday pay (for hours worked on holidays) \nMandated Leaves \nWork equipment provided \nNew Era Technology, LLC., and its subsidiaries (“New Era” “we”, “us”, or “our”) in its operating regions worldwide are committed to respecting your privacy and recognize the need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Data that you may provide us.
