Apply today and help us shape the future of work-together\nRole: Sr. Network Engineer\nPosition Type: Permanent\nLocation: Bangalore / Hyderabad (Work from office) \nShift Flexibility: Must be open to working in shifts\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist in the planning and execution of a global migration from Cisco to Arista hardware.\nSupport configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of Arista switches and routers.\nCollaborate with senior engineers and project managers to ensure seamless transitions across global sites.\nMaintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.\nProvide Tier 1-2 support for network-related issues during and after the migration.\nParticipate in testing and validation of new network designs and hardware.\nEnsure compliance with security and operational standards throughout the conversion process.\nRequired Qualifications:\n5-8 years of hands-on experience in network engineering.\nWorking knowledge of Arista EOS and associated tools.\nBasic experience with Cisco networking technologies (IOS/NX-OS).\nUnderstanding Layer 2/3 networking, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and network security principles.\nExperience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, NetFlow, SNMP).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and documentation abilities.\nPreferred Skills:\nExposure to automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python scripting).\nExperience in enterprise-scale network migrations or hardware refresh projects.\nCertifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, or Arista ACE are advantageous.\nInterested?\nPlease share your updated resume with  /  /  /  / \nNew Era Technology, LLC., and its subsidiaries (“New Era” “we”, “us”, or “our”) in its operating regions worldwide are committed to respecting your privacy and recognize the need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Data that you may provide us.
