This is not standard assembly work-our Assistant Production Workers contribute to the build of complex, high-performance vehicles that serve communities across North America. Heavy-duty or complex vehicle assembly experience is a strong asset. \nProven ability to work with schematics, build sheets, measuring tools, and handheld equipment. \nFamiliarity with torquing, fitting, alignment, and diagnostic tools is an asset. \nProficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools in a production setting.\nAbility to communicate clearly and work effectively within a structured team environment. \nComfortable troubleshooting minor issues, identifying quality concerns, and ensuring proper escalation when required. \nWillingness to develop deep expertise in specific build areas or systems. \n Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in confined or elevated spaces with proper PPE.\nNew Flyer is an equal opportunity employer.
