Further information is available at www.newflyer.com.\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe Business & Scheduling Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and distributing various manufacturing performance reports and presentations. The successful applicant will also be responsible for interpreting the output of the reports, and providing constructive feedback regarding performance improvement to the Manufacturing Leadership Team. Other duties include representing the Manufacturing department at meetings, involvement in process improvement initiatives, and providing analytical support to the Manufacturing Leadership Team.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nPlan weekly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with Plant Managers; maintain Exit & Signature Target and Delivery plans \nMaintain and analyze delivery, production, and configuration audit data to track project performance and customer commitments\nPrepare and distribute manufacturing performance reports as required\nMonitor production schedules, delivery plans; identify risks and support mitigation plans with cross-functional teams\nPrepare and maintain quarterly bus delivery plan, and verify deliveries with Finance \nPrepare and maintain all quarter-end reporting and documentation, and track quarter-end deliveries\nValidate and reconcile WIP with Plants Administration and Finance\nPrepare and distribute “customer friendly” production schedules as required\nCo-lead daily Production call, and assist with follow-up of issues preventing sales and manufacturing performance\nParticipate in various improvement initiatives relating to manufacturing and internal processes\nProvide analytical support for strategic initiatives, operational planning, and continuous improvement projects\nMaintain business documentation, reporting tools, and operational planning processes\nRequirements\nWHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:\nPost-secondary education in business, engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience. \n2-3 years experience in a production related function \nProficient with Microsoft Office; Expert Excel skills including Power Query and visualization tools such as PowerBI.
