This role will contribute to the monthly financial close process, analyze and improve reporting, and participate in special projects that enhance operational efficiency and support informed business decision-making. The position offers an opportunity to collaborate across teams, drive process improvements, and adapt to changing business and regulatory requirements.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO:\nCollaborate with cross-functional team members to enhance existing reports and improve operational efficiencies.\nDevelop and implement streamlined processes, with a focus on data collection, reporting accuracy, and automation.\nPrepare supporting documentation and schedules for external audits.\nAssist with the monthly financial close process, including monitoring account activity, preparing reconciliations, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.\nPrepare and analyze ad hoc tariff-related reports and requests to support business operations, customer requirements, and cross-functional decision-making.\nParticipate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.\nRequirements\nWHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:\nUniversity degree or equivalent education in finance.\nProficiency in Power Query and Power BI considered an asset\nKnowledge of Bill of Materials considered an asset\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent organizational and interpersonal abilities\nAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and a demonstrated ability to learn new systems\nBenefits\nOUR WHY: We exist to move people.
