You'll build the culture, accountability, and systems that make operational excellence possible.\nRemoval Defense Paralegal Supervisor\nRole Objective\nThe Removal Defense Paralegal Supervisor leads and develops the removal defense legal support team, ensuring the coaching, resources, and accountability needed to deliver exceptional client service in high-stakes immigration proceedings.
