It’s your job to understand our clients needs and ensure that you're delivering the project to meet the requirements.\nYou are the lynchpin which holds everything together, the go-to person and able to change a sometimes chaotic and reactive work environment into a more structured and efficient one.\nYou can naturally find the right balance between building, growing and enhancing internal and external relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring delivery of projects within time, budget and scope.\nAbout you:\nYou will be technically minded, have a genuine interest in the digital world both in and out of work, with the ability to work closely with the development team, understanding project limitations, capabilities and potential blockers and then communicating through to non-technical teams in a digestible form.\nFavourable qualifications:\nPrince2\nCertified Scrum Master\nSkills for success:\nProactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving\nLead software development projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client\nDevelop project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and ensure they are communicated effectively to the project team and stakeholders\nWork closely with the project team to ensure all requirements are clearly defined and understood, and that progress is tracked and reported regularly\nAbility to mitigate and manage project risks and issues, and develop and implement mitigation plans as required\nDefine project team (internally and externally) to help visualise our unique approach / project management methodology to delivery \nManage resource, including prioritisation, scheduling and direction\nCommunicate project plans and job status to clients weekly and daily where necessary (if there are changes for any reason).\nDocument all the processes in the business relating to delivery of services (from sales client on boarding to project handover) including but not limited to: Statement of Work\nProject requirements \nProposals \nMoSCoW\nRAID\nRACI\nBilling plans\n\nEnsure project documentation is signed and project stages or jobs are formally signed off\nEnsures that timesheets and invoices correlate accurately, so there is no missed billing\nSupport finance with monthly invoicing as required\nFocus on pushing as much revenue through the P&L and utilisation\nAdvise talent managers on positive/negative resourcing requirements at least two months ahead of requirements (this requires regular communication with sales to analyse the pipeline).\nProject manage internal projects \nManages under or over servicing of clients\nManage third party contractors and third-party agencies working in partnership on project delivery\nHelps us to work with individuals in the team to understand how best they can improve the efficiency in the delivery of their services\nWork closely with the project teams to ensure project requirements are understood, and the team is aligned on project goals and timelines\nComplete required testing, snagging, or post project support\nAssists with revenue recognition on projects\nRegularly communicates project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including clients, project team members, and senior management\nProvide leadership and guidance to project team members, motivating them to achieve project objectives\nFacilitate project retrospectives to evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for process improvements\nSo, what's in it for you?\nDay to day benefits:\nPaid Holiday- 25 paid days off plus all UK bank holidays.\nComplete Christmas to New Year Closure- On top of your annual holiday.\nHybrid Working- A minimum of 1 day a week in the office is our requirement, the rest is completely up to you.
