\nStrategy awareness at Group and Department Level\nAwareness of Brand Vision\nManaging daily /weekly tasks in line with Ways Of Working (WOW)\nPreparation for Departmental Meetings\nSupporting the Buying team with data entry into the planning tool\nBuying \nRaising purchase orders\nWorking to the Critical Path to meet all deadlines \nDealing with issues arising with orders both internally and externally\nTaking ownership of finding solutions \nCoordinating barcode process \nMaintaining purchase orders in the Critical Path in the relevant system\nAssisting the team with supplier slippage management\nActioning any order amendments under direction from the B&M team\nSupporting commitment through the weekly team updates\nSample Management\nProcessing samples received \nLabeling, logging, organising and filing samples \nPreparing samples for meetings \nMaintaining the departments range and samples\nDriving the press sample process to ensure that the department offer is fully potentialised.\nEnsuring production samples are received in time to pre shoot for online sales\nMaintaining the latest imagery of samples \nPreparing samples in readiness for3PE partner meetings \nTrading\nBasic understanding of trade reports\nBasic understanding of trade decisions \nAttending Group Trade meetings \nProduct Awareness\nAn understanding of the New Look Customer \nBasic understanding of our Customer Insight and Market Share \nActively contributing in trend and competitor analysis, making recommendations for changes or developments\nOngoing familiarity of the competition’s product range\nCompleting and reporting back on NL store visits and competitor shops\n\nWho you are:\nYou have a strong awareness of current fashion trends and a good understanding of the high street landscape.\nHighly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in everything you do.\nA confident communicator who builds positive relationships across teams and with suppliers.\nPassionate about product, with a genuine interest in how ranges are built and brought to market.\nPrevious experience within Fashion/Retail and/or in a Buying Admin Assistant role is advantageous.\nA fashion-related qualification or degree is desirable, but not
