There’s free secure on-site parking available for your convenience.\nGrab a bite at our on-site subsidised canteen. \nWe're proud to partner with the Retail Trust and Fashion & Textile Children's Trust\nPlease note – these benefits and perks are non-contractual and may be changed from time to time.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (RESPONSIBILITIES)\nOwn, maintain and develop accurate daily and weekly reporting across all planning streams.\nAnalyse logistics and trading trends to inform short-, medium- and long-term planning.\nComplete weekly and short-term DC analysis to support effective volume planning.\nOptimise delivery and collection schedules to support operational efficiency.\nSupport DC labour and resource planning.\nProduce accurate internal and external management information reports.\nAct as a key link between the DC and Support Centre teams, ensuring effective communication and information sharing.\nCoordinate peak planning activity for the DC.\nProvide planning, analytical and data support for DC projects.\nSupport tender processes and contribute to the development of robust planning assumptions.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with Support Centre teams to ensure required information is available accurately and on time.\nMonitor and allocate data-entry resources to support analytical activity.\nPresent data and analytical insights clearly to relevant stakeholders and wider audiences.\nDeputise for the Planning Manager when required, including providing holiday cover and attending relevant meetings.\n\nWHO YOU ARE (YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE)\nA strong understanding of warehouse systems and operational practices within a distribution centre environment.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and critically assess reports to develop effective plans.\nKnowledge of multi-channel operations.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills;
