Job Summary: Position is in-person located in Owensboro, KY RiverValley runs one of 13 certified 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline call centers in Kentucky. Key Responsibilities: Scheduling & Intake Coordination Schedule initial appointments for new clients in accordance with agency guidelines and clinical availability. Gather and document accurate demographic, insurance, and referral information. Coordinate scheduling for specialty programs and services as assigned. Ensure appropriate provider assignment based on client needs, service type, and payer requirements. Maintain scheduling accuracy within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
