monthly Client Progress Invoices based on verified site accomplishments and contract BOQs.\n\nReview, verify, and process Subcontractor/Workshop Payment Applications.\n\nIdentify scope changes, prepare Variation Orders (VOs), and evaluate their financial impacts for client approval.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor degree in Arch or Civil Engineering\n\nFrom 2– 4 years of proven technical office experience specializing in Aluminium & Glass systems \n\nComputer and programs Skills:\nThe candidate should have hands on the following programs: -\nAutoCAD\n\nOrgadata Logikal\n\nMicrosoft
