# Senior Planning Engineer

§ Prepare a realistic project schedule using appropriate tools such as Primavera and MS project. § Issuing the Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement for each stage of the project. § Coordinate with the project manager, client, and different departments to ensure good execution of the plan. § Plan for the budget required for the project and monitor expenses as the project is executed. § Create cash flow forecasts for each project. § Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly updates of the project. § Create variance reports (Schedule Variance and Cost Variance – usually Earned Value Method (EMV) at various stages of the project to analyse deviations. § Create Project Closing Reports with continuous improvement. Requirements Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering (Civil, Arch, Mechanical, Electrical). Courses and Certifications: The candidate should possess the following courses / Certificates: - Cost Estimation Years of experience: From 4 – 7 years A.
