You will build and operate the networks that keep our global workforce connected and secure, and you will help deploy AI tools that make the company faster. This is an engineering role built around automation, scalability, and reliability, with real ownership over the platforms you run.\nWe are looking for a systems thinker who automates repetitive work, writes clear documentation, and makes sound tradeoffs between security, usability, and speed of adoption. You will partner with Security, Compliance, Facilities, IT Support, and Engineering teams, and you will have room to lead projects and shape the roadmap.\nWhat you'll do\nYou will own and improve core network infrastructure across our global offices while driving the technical rollout and governance of AI platforms across the company. Day-to-day responsibilities include:\nNetwork and infrastructure\nDesign, deploy, and manage Meraki infrastructure across global offices using the Meraki Dashboard and APIs\nTroubleshoot and resolve office network issues, including Wi-Fi, switching, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, and connectivity problems.\nManage ISP relationships, including circuit procurement, installs, renewals, SLAs, outage escalation, and domain performance tracking\nPlan and execute office network builds, moves, and refreshes with Facilities and Security\nDesign, deploy, and operate Zero Trust and network security infrastructure (Cloudflare Zero Trust/WARP, VPN, firewall policy)\nMonitor network health and capacity, respond to incidents, and drive root cause fixes\nMaintain network documentation, including architecture diagrams, IP plans, runbooks, and SOPs\nAI enablement\nDeploy and administer enterprise AI platforms (Gemini Enterprise, Claude, and related tools), including configuration, integrations, and usage monitoring\nBuild AI-powered automations that reduce manual work across IT and business teams\nDesign and enforce AI usage controls, including data protection, DLP, audit logging, and access policies\nEvaluate new AI tools and vendors, running pilots and recommending adoption based on measurable impact\nTeam and operations\nBuild integrations and automation using scripts and APIs to eliminate manual toil\nAct as an escalation point for IT Support on complex network and infrastructure issues\nParticipate in a global on-call rotation\nThis role requires\n2 years of experience in network, infrastructure, or IT engineering\nStrong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, TLS, VPN, proxy, firewall) and proven troubleshooting skills\nHands-on experience managing Meraki or comparable enterprise network infrastructure\nExperience working with ISPs and carriers, including circuit management and outage escalation\nHands-on experience with enterprise AI or LLM platforms (Gemini, Claude or similar), including administration or integration work\nProficiency in a scripting or programming language (Python, Bash, JavaScript) and experience building against REST APIs\nUnderstanding of data security principles as they apply to AI usage (data classification, DLP, least privilege)\nStrong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills\nClear written and verbal communication, including the ability to document designs and teach others\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teams\nBonus points if you have\nCisco Meraki certification (CMNA) or CCNA/Network+\nExperience with SD-WAN design and multi-site network management\nExperience with Cloudflare Zero Trust, DLP, or CASB tooling\nExperience building agents or workflows with MCP, prompt engineering, or LLM APIs\nExperience with infrastructure as code or workflow automation (Terraform, Ansible, n8n, or similar)\nExperience supporting SOX or similar compliance controls\nExperience administering SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, or Atlassian\nExperience running AI adoption programs, training, or internal enablement\nPlease note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.\nQualified applicants may inquire about visa sponsorship (including transfer of a current H-1B visa), but the company does not support or sponsor O-1, F-1, or J-1 visas, or candidates who require commencement of an H-1B \"cap case\" petition for future work authorization.
