You ask the right, critical questions to get to the core of an issue. You communicate tactfully with both the internal organisation and the customer, and it is essential that you continue to strengthen the customer relationship from your role. You are naturally persuasive, results-oriented, and proactive in driving improvements. You easily build and maintain connections both internally and externally. You will report directly to the QESH Manager.\n\nWe are a dynamic organization and expect you to be self-reliant (able to create structure and align with stakeholders), capable of handling change management, and able to manage client relationships smoothly and pragmatically.\n\nIn addition, we ask the following for the Customer Quality Engineer role:\n\n You hold a HBO diploma in a technical field or have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably as a Quality Engineer; experience in the automotive, semiconductor, or medical industry is a plus.\n\n Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 requirements, and experience with related methodologies (PPAP/FMEA/8D, etc.).\n\n Strong command of both Dutch and English.\n\nYour daily responsibilities include\n\nIn this role, you certainly won’t be working alone.
