We value safety, craftsmanship, and continuous learning, and offer support from experienced colleagues as well as opportunities to develop and share your expertise as you grow.\n\nIn addition, you can expect:\n\n A competitive salary aligned with your knowledge and experience;\n\n 27 vacation days plus 13 additional ADV (reduction of working hours) days;\n\n A pension scheme and travel allowance;\n\n A bicycle leasing plan;\n\n Plenty of opportunities for personal and professional development.\n\nThis is what you bring to our team\n\n A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline.\n\n Experience within a high-tech, electronics manufacturing, or production environment.\n\n Affinity with warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing processes, and a strong interest in process optimization.\n\n Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven improvement methodologies.\n\n An analytical and proactive mindset with a strong focus on quality and results.\n\n Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.\n\n The ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.\n\nYour daily responsibilities include\n\n Analyzing, optimizing, and standardizing warehouse and logistics processes, with an initial focus on efficiency, material flow, and inventory reliability;\n\n Initiating and implementing process improvements focused on quality, efficiency, and operational reliability;\n\n Supporting NPI projects from design reviews through to successful serial production;\n\n Analyzing and resolving process deviations using data-driven and root-cause methodologies;\n\n Monitoring and improving KPIs such as FPY, OEE, DPMO, and logistics performance indicators;\n\n Developing and maintaining process documentation, work instructions, and quality standards;\n\n Leading improvement and CAPEX projects while supporting audits and compliance activities;\n\n Collaborating with Production, Engineering, Quality, customers, and suppliers to drive continuous improvement.\n\nSecurity requirements\n\nNeways serves customers in industries including defense, semiconductors, automotive and medical technology.
