You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to build resilient, high-performance systems at scale.\nWhat You Will Own & Drive\nDefine and evolve backend architecture, system design, and technical roadmap for a distributed, high-traffic platform\nOwn end-to-end delivery of backend services - from design to deployment to production ownership\nBuild for high availability, performance, and security\nChampion engineering best practices through design reviews, code quality, and pragmatic build-vs-scale decisions\nArchitect and scale event-driven and asynchronous workflows for real-time operations\nDrive database performance, indexing strategy, and cost optimization\nLead production troubleshooting, incident management and root cause analysis\nPartner with DevOps to strengthen CI/CD, observability, monitoring and reliability\nMentor engineers and lead technical initiatives across teams\nWhat You Will Bring\nStrong hands-on experience in Golang building production-grade systems;
