This role plays a critical part in expanding regional presence and building long-term strategic partnerships with key customers.\nMain Responsibilities:\n Identify and develop new customers in Vietnam and sub-regional export markets (SEA)\nBuild and maintain senior-level relationships with potential customers and partners\nCollaborate with internal commercial and cross-functional teams to develop and present business proposals\nLead contract and pricing negotiations, including cash management alignment\nBuild and manage a healthy sales pipeline with qualified prospects\nPromote and leverage company technologies, products, and services\nDrive new applications and new categories for company products\nCollect and analyze market intelligence: market share, competitors, trends, and customer decision structures\nMonitor competitive pricing, activities, and market movements\nPerform other assigned tasks aligned with business objectives\nMain Requirements:\n Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or related disciplines\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Business Development\nExperience or solid understanding of the F&B packaging/ Manufacturing industry\nStrong negotiation, relationship-building, and influencing skills\nGood understanding of commercial contracts and regulations\nStrategic mindset with a long-term, sustainable growth orientation\nStrong communication and presentation skills\nWillingness to travel frequently, including long-distance business trips\nGood command of spoken and written
