The HR Director will take a hands-on leadership role inorganizational design, talent acquisition, and teamdevelopment, working closely with senior management to build a high-quality organization aligned with the company's new business direction.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Organizational Design & Team Building\n Partner with senior management to assess current organizational capabilities and design an appropriate organizational structure for the company's next stage of growth.\nIdentify critical positions, capability gaps, and future hiring priorities across business functions.\nDevelop a practical workforce and talent plan aligned with business expansion.\nEstablish appropriate HR processes, policies, and organizational mechanisms as the company scales.\n2. Talent Acquisition & Talent Mapping\n Lead end-to-end recruitment for key positions, with a particular focus on building the company's core management and professional teams.\nDevelop talent maps and proactive sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions.\nBuild and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across relevant functions and industries.\nEstablish systematic recruitment standards and processes to improve hiring quality and efficiency.\nSupport senior management in assessing candidates against both technical requirements and organizational/cultural fit.\n3. HR Strategy & Management\n Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's transformation and growth objectives.\nEstablish professional HR practices covering areas such as performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.\nBuild scalable HR processes while maintaining an agile and entrepreneurial working environment.\nProvide management with data-driven insights on organizational and talent matters.\n4. Business & Transformation Partnership\n Work closely with business leaders to understand evolving commercial priorities and translate them into people and organizational requirements.\nSupport the organization through its ongoing transformation and future expansion.\nPrepare the organization for the progressive integration of AI-enabled workflows across functions.\nContribute to building a high-performance culture with strong professional standards and accountability.\nKey Requirements:\n Bachelor's degree or above.
