This role offers the opportunity to contribute to technical architecture, build robust backend services, and deliver modern frontend experiences using Golang, SvelteKit, and GraphQL.\nThe successful candidate will take a leading role in the development team, drive engineering best practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality software solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nFull Stack Development: Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of full-stack applications using Golang for backend services and SvelteKit for frontend development.\nAPI Development: Design, build, and optimize GraphQL APIs to support efficient, secure, and data-driven applications.\nMicroservices Architecture: Develop and maintain modular, scalable, and resilient microservices while ensuring effective communication between distributed components.\nDatabase Management: Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data access patterns using PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server.\nSystem Architecture: Participate in architectural discussions, contribute to technical decisions, and establish engineering standards that support long-term scalability and maintainability.\nPerformance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and improve application performance, reliability, and system efficiency.\nCode Quality: Promote clean code practices through peer reviews, automated testing, version control, and CI/CD implementation.\nCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and operations teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.\nTechnical Leadership: Guide team members, share technical knowledge, and support the continuous improvement of development processes and engineering capabilities.\nKey Requirements:\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nAt least 7 years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in full-stack or backend development.\nStrong hands-on proficiency in Golang for backend application and service development.\nExperience with SvelteKit or comparable modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js.\nProven experience designing, developing, and maintaining GraphQL APIs.\nStrong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and scalable application design.\nSolid SQL skills and practical experience with PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server, including database design and query optimization.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, version control, and modern software development practices.\nStrong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to contribute to technical discussions and work effectively across teams.\nFluent in
