handling, providing expert-level investigation and resolution\n\nEnsure strict adherence to SOC playbooks, SOPs, and compliance frameworks\n\nService Delivery & Continuous Improvement\nOversee delivery of cybersecurity services in line with SLAs and KPIs\n\nDrive continuous enhancements across SOC processes, detection capabilities, and tools\n\nPartner with internal teams to support seamless client onboarding and operations\n\nClient Engagement & Escalation\nAct as the senior escalation point for key clients, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues\n\nBuild strong client relationships, aligning cybersecurity services with business priorities\n\nProactively identify risks and recommend value-added security improvements\n\nReporting & Strategic Influence\nDeliver insightful reporting on SOC performance, risk posture, and incident trends\n\nTranslate data and metrics into actionable improvements\n\nContribute to the evolution of SOC capabilities, frameworks, and service offerings\n\nRequirements:\n8+ years of experience in SOC operations and cybersecurity service delivery\n\nProfessional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM (at least one required)\nBachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, or a related field (Master's preferred)\nFluent in English \nProven track record of leading SOC or security operations teams in complex environments\n\nStrong hands-on expertise in SIEM, threat intelligence, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and malware analysis\n\nSolid grounding in frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and NIST\n\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure\n\nComfortable operating in a 24/7 SOC
